Last night James and I took a walk in the neighborhood. I had read somewhere to ditch the stroller and let him lead for a change and it was great!
As much as he loves stroller walks, he was so happy to be free and actually ran most of the time, even stopping at points to turn circles or put his arms out like an airplane and fly!
We took the path around the pond and into the new lots being developed - which as you can see from the photo - are a little muddy!
Our little BIGFOOT has been taught well and was in search of grass to wipe the dirt off his hands and feet - sadly - straw does not have the same effect and just made the problem worse!

Every time we came across spray paint on the ground we would go through the letters and numbers - he was getting tired by the end of the walk and decided to lay down by this one!
Another favorite word and object lately --- "ROCK".

And when we got home we needed to spray the bigfoot shoes and apparently get a quick drink!
We both slept great and I am sure adventure walks will become part of our summer routine going forward!
