So on a whim - Patrick and I decided to buy Packer tickets on Friday night and we are so pumped we did!!! This was my first post-season game and Patrick was last at a playoff game at Lambeau when the Giants beat the Packers - so he was ready to see a win and man did they come through!
We started the day off with Jordy's Farm Fresh Flakes (our tradition the last few Packer games!) and the boys were pumped up (did I mention the cereal is coated with sugar?!)
James is getting more interested in football and I believe Jordy is now his favorite player.
We packed all the warm clothes we could find and took off for Green Bay early in the day
(thanks to Grammy and Buppa for coming for the day!)
The high was supposed to be 14 for the day - but it was sunny - so we figured we should make the most of the experience and get there in time to tailgate.
Thankfully, we connected with some neighbors that were at an indoor, heated, full bar tailgate just down the street from the stadium!
There were piles of warm clothes all over the place - and we were able to go into the game warm - awesome!

We had great seats - in the end zone that had most of the action --- awesome!!!
One of the many touchdown celebrations --- the cheering and energy kept us warm, but the cardboard we brought in to stand on and the carpet squares we had to sit on helped too!

Hard to see - but every touchdown is celebrated with a Sargento gift to Charity.
The last game we were at was December 2012 when my Uncle Mark and family were on the field presenting a check for this - glad to see it is still happening and loved all of the Sargento references - I like to think it is Uncle Mark saying "hello" from Heaven :)
