School stuff

James had his kindergarten program and was picked to read before one of the songs. 

This is Jimmy's class. 

The program was on a night that Grammy and Buppa were here, so James had a few extra fans in the crowd! 

He did a great job! 

I got to go on his farm field trip a few days later - we had an awesome time despite the nasty weather! 

We got up close and personal with the cows!

We saw tons of farm animals and got to feed a bunch too. James loved the kittens the most - but feeding the baby goats with milk in a mountain dew bottle deserves a photo! 

Isaac had his end of year recognition for Pre-K. 

They sang some of their favorite songs and then each got recognized in the church. 

He came home and told us that they practiced getting called up to the front one by one and then they would get their cross necklace and then stand for pictures... 

He did a great job!

Monona 20K

May started with Patrick running the Monona 20K.
Thankfully it was a nice day and a great race for Patrick :) 

I think this was our first race with an extra kid in tow - but we did great! 

James actually spotted Patrick as we were cruising down John Nolan so we were able to see him a few times on the course! 

We made it to the finish line and didn't have to wait long before seeing our guy cross the finish line! 

Anna was a trooper, in and out of the car and stroller!

We were pumped up to spend the weekend celebrating Joe and Jill in Milwaukee!

Easter 2019

We had a great Easter weekend - enjoying the spring weather, spending time with family and friends and attending our first Honor Flight Welcome Home!

This year the hunt was color coordinated - each kid had a different color. 

It was so cute to watch them help one another!
